CompanyWe’re recruiting for a skilled marketing leader in the B2B events space, ideally someone who is ready to take ownership of strategy and manage a team. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking events company known for delivering industry-defining conferences, exhibitions, and summits across a wide range of sectors.You’ll lead multichannel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of high-profile events, working closely with internal teams to deliver against both commercial and visitor growth targets. This is a strategic role for an ambitious Marketing Manager or experienced Senior Marketing Manager looking to make a bigger impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and successfully execute the marketing campaign strategy across all marketing channels to drive revenue and visitor targets across events

Set and report marketing targets

Be responsible for marketing budgets and forecasted budgets for future events

Collaborate with the Digital team on a digital and data growth strategy

Oversee the production of all marketing comms across email, social, PPC and the website

Report directly to the Head of Marketing

RequirementsOver four years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and driving brand visibility

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

Comprehensive experience in budget ownership

Strategically minded with a tactical edge

Skilled in data-driven reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to evaluate campaign performance, inform decision-making, and optimize future event strategies.
