Marketing Executive

A Bridgnorth-based leading coaching consultancy dedicated to helping businesses and entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth and success is seeking a Marketing Executive.

 

This dynamic and results-driven role involves creating and delivering B2B digital and traditional marketing campaigns and activities to engage customers, strengthen reputation and support growth objectives. You will be a hands-on delivery expert who maintains and develops digital presence alongside delivering campaigns across multiple channels. This role will also oversee public relations activity and aid delivery leads in developing their own skills.

 

As Marketing Executive, some of your responsibilities will include:

 

- Developing and executing integrated organic and paid B2B digital campaigns across multiple channels, including website, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Developing and implementing a robust content strategy across all channels.
- Managing the maintenance and development of the company website, ensuring it is up to date and aligned with the overall strategy.
- Keeping landing pages, promotions, service descriptions, and team profiles current and SEO-optimised.
- Driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads for services.
- Developing new ways to reach and identify prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Tracking, measuring, and analysing all activities.
- Providing regular reports to the senior management team, including data-informed recommendations for further improvements.
- Supporting delivery leads to develop their skills and knowledge to aid delivery across all programs of work.
- Developing editable, on-demand marketing materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures) for delivery team members to aid their conversations with prospective clients.
- Working closely with the Strategic Marketing Partner to align delivery with the overall strategy and business goals.
- Providing input, data, and on-the-ground insight to aid in strategic decision making and performance reviews.

 

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in:

 

- Working in a B2B or consultancy environment
- Consistent, timely delivery of content, campaigns, and communications
- Social media management
- Content creation and campaign delivery
- Maintaining website and landing pages
- Creating branded collateral e.g. fliers, email templates etc.
- Implementing and developing CRM systems
- Supporting with events and event marketing campaigns
