in Central London. Barchester''s exceptional marketing team has a rare opportunity for a marketing executive to join us in Central London. As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our care homes to enhance their local presence and boost occupancy through strategic promotion of events, marketing initiatives and collateral. You will create clear, impactful templates and guidance to support community engagement and networking efforts, while leveraging your digital expertise to manage and evolve our web-to-print system, ensuring each home can confidently self-serve their internal and external marketing communications. You will also support the delivery of offline marketing campaigns with high attention to detail, including proofreading artwork, managing print production and experience in media buying. You will have event experience to lead the delivery of the Barchester Care Awards, through all stages of the competition, including an in-person awards event and the live streaming of the event into our homes and hospitals.If you are looking to develop a career with an employer that supports progression opportunities, Barchester is an empowering and rewarding place to be.Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of offline and online marketing campaigns, including coordinating events and collateral across care homes.Develop templates and guidance to support community engagement and networking; manage and evolve the web-to-print system so homes can self-serve their marketing communications.Proofread artwork, manage print production, and coordinate with suppliers on media buying where applicable.Lead the Barchester Care Awards, including planning, staging an in-person event and live streaming to homes and hospitals.Hold monthly webinars to showcase forthcoming events and support tools.Coordinate intranet pages and collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud templates across platforms.Communicate with Ops on updates and regularly develop collateral and stock levels.Provide weekly and monthly reporting on marketing activities.Qualifications
