This role is entirely dedicated to supporting the efforts of New Business (sales) within the agency.The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, fame, and ultimately business growth. This individual will be responsible for the agency’s digital presence and online activity. You will work closely with our MD to plan, lead and deliver the marcoms and wider marketing strategy, including our own event series: Audience- ology

We encourage you to bring ideas for your self-development, but as a start, we are looking for candidates with the necessary industry experience.A highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who has the proven ability to reachA proven track record of success in developing marketing strategies and promoting solution-driven products and services that an events agency can offerRelishes working at pace and being used to jumping on new opportunities as they ariseDemonstrate experience in using a CRM and the ability to analyse dataExperience using the CMS platform to update website contentGreat presentation skills and confident speaking to external contactsAbility to manage a range of freelancers - from photographers and videographers, to website developers and designersA strategic mindset with experience working with a wide range of marketing channelsA confident and professional communicator passionate about marketingKeen to build an array of client, PR and event industry contactsA strong team player who can confidently lead internal projectsThe ability to be agile and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of events and experientialA keen social media user and experimenter - someone to try new things and get involved in creating content directlyStrategic thinker for our own content channels, including blog writing and positioning our own eventsCurate or own Audience-ology Experience Exchange events, planning speakers and content subjectsThe following skills are essential:Google Workspace, Google MeetsSocial media platform and content creation skills (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram)CMS experience (Craft CMS or similar platforms)Website analytics tools (such Google Analytics and Hotjar)CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar platforms)Seniority level
