Marketing Executive

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards to this permanent position. About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activities across both organic and paid channels. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media activity and supporting marketing campaigns, while also building relationships with clients and representing the business at meetings, networking opportunities and events. The successful candidate will be confident working across multiple projects, communicating with clients and ensuring marketing activity is delivered professionally, effectively and in line with agreed objectives. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote working with on-site attendance, client meetings and events as required. Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Marketing Delivery Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials for organic and paid channels. Plan, schedule and publish social media content, ensuring activity is consistent and aligned with the brand. Support the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance, produce basic reports and identify opportunities for improvement in line with agreed KPIs.
