An opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join a specialist lighting company. This is a hybrid role with minimum of 2 days in office, offering salary range of £16,500 - £27,000 and benefits.As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be supporting sales and marketing efforts through targeted campaigns, CRM development, event coordination, and lead generation initiatives.You will be responsible for:Building segmented prospect lists by sector, location, and lead sourceRunning targeted outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn and online advertsManaging CRM (Pipedrive) including automation, user access and reportingMaintaining up-to-date and accurate sales dataCreating sales and marketing materials including datasheets, case studies, and email templatesOrganising webinars, client workshops, and exhibition appearancesSupporting with proposal development and return-on-investment (ROI) analysisWhat we are looking for:Previously worked as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales representative or in a similar role.Possess 1-2 years experience in a B2B sales-focused marketing role, preferably within a technical or industrial sectorCompetence with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, especially in managing workflows and reportsStrong written communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling marketing ..... full job details .....
