Working for one of the fastest-growing data consultancies, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Cynozure’s marketing activities. Reporting to the CMO, this role is focused on the day-to-day execution and management of marketing communications and events across multiple channels. You will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns, content, community initiatives, and events are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard, in line with the marketing strategy, content calendar, and plans set by the CMO.Responsibilities and duties (comprehensive)
Plan, manage, and deliver all marketing events (virtual events, masterclasses, dinners, industry conferences, etc.) end-to-endCoordinate logistics, vendor management, promotional materials, giveaways, and on-the-ground support for seamless executionCreate and distribute event-related content (invitations, email campaigns, social posts, website updates, follow-up communications)Deliver events in line with the marketing strategy, content calendar, and plans set by the CMOEngage and nurture community through events, digital channels, and content contribution opportunitiesWork with Head of Brand and Creative to set up onboarding workflow and email marketing / invitations for eventsManage content on website pagesOrganise events and activities aligned with the overall marketing strategy and calendarCollaborate with SDR/sales team on outbound lead generation campaigns to promote community membership and podcast opportunities, ensuring consistency of message and alignment with overall marketing plansExecute content distribution across channels (email, website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slack, newsletter) in line with marketing plans and calendarManage publishing of events, case studies, podcasts, and other content created by consulting or client teamsMonitor engagement on digital channels and provide insights to the teamSupport the creation and distribution of other content as needed (digital and physical)Coordinate the full podcast production process: guest scheduling, production partners, post-production, promotionManage podcast distribution and promotion across channels (website, social, email, YouTube, newsletter)Support SDR/sales team outreach by providing assets and messaging for guest recruitment as part of lead generationManage and optimise email marketing per marketing and content calendar, building on existing foundations and best practicesConduct a yearly audit of onboarding and Hub email journeys to enhance engagement, refresh content, and drive conversion; collaborate with the sales team to develop nurture sequences and workflows for unengaged contactsUpload and import marketing lists and information to HubSpot as needed (e.g., conference lists)Maintain BAU marketing processes in HubSpot, including event/webinar setup, landing/registration pages, promotional/content workflows, UTM tracking, and list management; maintain naming conventions for lists and campaigns/email marketingSource and manage the production of promotional materials (e.g., giveaways, branded items, books) for eventsPlan and execute the delivery of client and speaker gifts, ensuring they are meaningful, on-brand, and aligned with client engagement strategiesServe as a brand champion, ensuring all content, event materials, and promotional items adhere to Cynozure’s brand guidelines and approvalsContribute to overall marketing planning and budgetTrack the performance of marketing activities across events, community, content, podcasts, web, and social channels; help prepare reports and align reporting with commercial KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and conversionProfessional requirements
BA/BS degree in English, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field3–5 years’ experience in marketing communications, campaign delivery, and event management, ideally in a B2B consultancy, professional services, tech company, or fast-paced growth environmentDemonstrable experience managing marketing campaigns and events end-to-end, with strong execution and delivery skillsHands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation/CRM platforms) and WordPress (or other CMS), with confidence in managing workflows, data, and reportingExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for different channelsStrong organisational and project management skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholdersSelf-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable experimenting with generative AI tools to support content creation, workflows, and campaign optimisationExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), social media management (LinkedIn, YouTube, Slack), and podcast production/distribution is a plusMust have the right to work in the UKTechnical requirements
Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platform) and WordPressExperience with event management and campaign executionBasic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and WordExperience in podcast production and distribution platforms is a plusExperience with social media management (LinkedIn and YouTube)Experience with generative AI and use of AI agentsWhy Join Us
