We''re looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator or Assistant to join our UK and Ireland Marketing team. You''ll play a key role in planning and delivering outstanding marketing events, tradeshows, and internal programmes that make a real impact.What you''ll doCoordinate and deliver marketing events across the UK and Ireland.Handle logistics - from venue selection and booth setup to supplier management and travel.Manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships.Support compliance processes for healthcare professionals and organisations.Oversee mobile demo and simulator bookings.Track event performance and contribute to continuous improvement.What you''ll bringDegree or equivalent experience in marketing or event management.2-4 years of event or tradeshow experience, ideally within healthcare or technology.Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.Confident with MS Office and comfortable working cross-functionally.Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" mindset.The detailsBased in Winnersh, Berkshire, with a hybrid schedule (3 days office-based).Up to 20% travel, mainly within the UK and Ireland.Join a collaborative, inclusive team that''s passionate about innovation and making a difference. ..... full job details .....
