Marketing Director, Field and Pipeline - EMEA. The Field Marketing team at Quantexa drives regional demand, builds brand presence, and enables go-to-market teams in key markets. This role is a strategic, hands-on marketing leadership position based in the UK, leading field and pipeline marketing across the EMEA region with a focus on ROI and multi-channel execution.Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Team ManagementLead field and pipeline marketing across the UK and EMEA to support pipeline and revenue goals.Manage and mentor a team of field marketers aligned to specific territories or industries, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.Set the standard for field marketing excellence through strong organization, multi-channel fluency, and measurable impact.Lead with vision, bringing proactive ideas, strategic thinking, and collaboration in cross-functional planning and team meetings.Campaign Strategy and ExecutionOwn and execute regional marketing programs, including hosted events and tradeshows, webinars and digital campaigns, and content syndication, especially where field marketing support is limited.Localise and activate central campaigns for regional relevance in collaboration with industry marketing.Maximise event impact through pre-, during-, and post-event engagement plans that generate qualified leads and advance opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with BDRs to activate campaigns and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.Collaborate with ABM marketers to tailor integrated campaigns for named accounts and support 1:1 ABM initiatives.Work with partner marketing to develop joint field plans aligned with shared goals.Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure visibility and alignment of marketing efforts, including territory planning with sales leadership.Performance and ProcessTrack and measure marketing programs, monitor cost per activity, lead generation, and pipeline impact.Manage the regional field marketing budget with forecasting, cost control, and timely execution.Champion scalable, repeatable, and measurable marketing processes and documentation.What You''ll Bring / Qualifications

Substantial experience (typically 10+ years) in marketing within B2B technology organisations.Experience in a high-growth tech environment; familiarity with corporate communications, product marketing, strategy, and competitive intelligence is a plus.Proven success in planning and executing events that generate opportunity pipelines and high-touch engagements with customers and prospects.Ability to identify the right mix of activities and manage a budget as part of core responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.Commitment to process and documentation to ensure marketing efforts are scalable and measurable.Hands-on leadership, initiative, and a data-driven, results-focused mindset.Benefits
