Join a leading construction company as its Marketing Creative Lead and take charge of a major company-wide rebrand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the brand’s visual identity and elevate the creative output across every channel. Fully on-site in Farringdon, Monday–Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver a full visual rebrand across digital, print and physical spaces
- Own the brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoint
- Run creative audits and brand workshops to shape tone, positioning and direction
- Build brand guidelines and a centralised digital asset library
- Manage agencies, freelancers and creative partners
- Design standout marketing materials—brochures, social assets, signage, presentations and more
- Oversee website and social visuals, supporting UX and design improvements
- Curate photography, video and all visual assets
- Review and approve creative output to maintain high standards
- Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality, timelines and budgets on track
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a creative or brand-led marketing role
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and multi-channel design
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- A sharp visual eye and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience leading creative projects, including rebrands
- Ability to work across varied design styles and formats
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities
