We encourage you to raise any specific requirements during the interview process so we can explore how this could be accommodated.Let''s cut to the chase, what''s in it for you…Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director/Marketing ManagerAssist in the production and management of marketing plans for developments, ensuring accuracy and innovative campaigns across multi-discipline agenciesSupport the delivery of marketing assets and collateral throughout the site lifecycle, including CGIs, emails, digital advertising, signage, events, brochures, videos, and photographyMaintain and update website content, including copy, images, videos, virtual reality content, and messagingMonitor property portal listings to ensure maximum exposureSupport data analysis across marketing channels, Google Analytics, and CRM to assess strategy effectiveness, reporting findings and recommendationsSupport marketing communications to the CRM databaseAssist in collating news content for multiple channelsProvide administrative support to the sales and marketing teamConduct market and competitor researchProduce briefs for suppliers on marketing materialsCoordinate email and SMS marketing campaignsWork with sales teams to keep them informed of marketing activitiesSupport development launch activities, including signage and point-of-sale assetsManage marketing purchase orders and invoicesOrganise events and invitationsAssist with awards submissionsProvide performance reports to managementAbout us…We build more than homes; we''re making Vistry. Experience in a fast-paced administrative role with tight deadlinesExperience working with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in MS Office and IT skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask, prioritise, and work independently or as part of a teamEffective communication skills at all levelsFull driving license and access to transportWillingness to work extra hours as neededDesirable Qualifications
