Marketing Coordinator

Scout is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of their client located on the outskirts of Stamford. This role supports all marketing, branding, and communication activities across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, critical thinking, and a high sense of urgency and attention to detail. This is a full time permanent position. It is office based and paying a salary of up to 31,000 plus a great non salaried package. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and Execute Marketing Activities: Organize local marketing efforts, including tradeshows, events, advertising, and sponsorships. Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with product groups and departments to address marketing needs and requests. Content Management: Proofread, edit, and submit abstracts, papers, and presentations for conferences and industry events. Event Planning: Assist in planning and delivering regional exhibitions and customer events, ensuring effective business development follow-up. Collateral Production: Work with the marketing team to create brochures, case studies, presentations, merchandise, and signage.
