My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing function during an exciting period of transformation and rebrand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is keen on keeping projects moving smoothly.Day-to-day of the role:Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for the CRM system.Set up HubSpot campaigns and workflows to support marketing and operational goals.Maintain project boards, ensuring actions, timelines, and ownership are always up to date.Track rebrand tasks, monitor risks, and highlight scope creep to the Director to keep projects on track.Coordinate the website rebuild project, including content curation and creating SEO-friendly content.Act as the administrative liaison with external agencies, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.Coordinate campaign logistics, including assisting with planning for the soft launch of the upcoming rebrand.Support content development, campaign assets, and cross-team communication.Required Skills and Qualifications:Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a essential.Clear and confident communication skills with internal teams and external partners.Ability to balance multiple deadlines and solve challenges as they arise.Eager to learn, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting major marketing initiatives.Benefits:Be part of a ..... full job details .....
