Marketing Coordinator /12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) London (Hybrid) / 35,000- 40,000We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading aesthetics business for a Marketing Coordinator to cover maternity leave. You''ll support the launch and ongoing optimisation of a new digital education platform for healthcare professionals.Working hoursStandard hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (with flexible hours)Additional requirement: There will be occasional events/webinars. Some webinars run 7:00pm-8:00pm, and you''ll be responsible for managing these (approximately 10 per year).Start date ASAPHoliday entitlement25 days annual leave + bank holidaysKey responsibilities (summary)Purchase orders and partner work ordersRaise POs for agencies, venues and suppliers in line with our client''s procurement/finance policyCreate and issue partner work orders (scope, deliverables, timelines, costs)Chase invoices, match to POs, and resolve any queries with finance/suppliersBudget trackingTrack committed vs. actual spend per project; keep the budget tracker up to dateFlag risks (overspend, accruals, variances) early to the Marketing ManagerSupport month-end reporting and forecasting updatesVeeva approvalsSubmit promotional/educational materials in Veeva for MLR reviewManage review rounds, track comments, and keep to approval deadlinesMaintain records of approved materials, expiry dates and status in line with the ABPI CodeCRM e-shotsBuild and schedule approved CRM e-shots using agreed content and audience listsCheck ..... full job details .....
