A long-established, multi-discipline group operating across construction, joinery and specialist service sectors is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join its busy in-house marketing team. This role offers genuine variety, creativity and the opportunity to support several business functions within a respected regional organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule daily social media content
• Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, planner updates and handling enquiries
• Create internal and external newsletters
• Write press releases and develop media relationships
• Prepare and submit entries for industry awards
• Produce written content and graphics for social media and online channels
• Develop copy for tenders, bids and corporate materials
• Maintain marketing data, reports and management information
• Support community initiatives and charity partnerships
• Order promotional merchandise and branded materials
• Assist with planning and delivering company events

Essential Skills

• Strong passion for marketing, PR and design
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social platforms
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging across all departments
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver clear internal and external communications
• Positive “can-do” attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites when required

Job Type & Location

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered (minimum 3 days per week)
• Office-based role in Luton due to the varied nature of the work

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: £26,500 (full-time), depending on experience
• 33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays
