Marketing Coordinator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a medium sized housing developer who are based near New Milton in Hampshire. They have an excellent reputation in the current market and have many new sites planned to start across 2026. Ads the business is growing and new starts starting, they now require a marketing coordinator to join the business on an FTC basis. This contract will be approx. 12 - 18 months and will pay a salary between -32,000 - -36,00 p/a DOE.

Monday - Friday office based, 9am - 5pm daily. You may-be required to travel to sites, or events or charity days when required. Your day-to-day duties will be:-plan, execute, and track-marketing campaigns to support brand exposure and drive sales, specializing in property-focused marketing. Conducting market research on property trends and competitors, creating engaging content for social media and print, managing vendors and agencies, tracking marketing metrics, and collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaigns in the competitive construction market.-

They are looking for somebody who is creative, self-motivated, and most importantly adaptable to come up with creative ideas and content. They are looking for somebody who either has experience in a similar role-or who has a degree and looking for a new role on as FTC.-

Salary between -32k36k p/a DOE and an immediate start for FTC 12-18 months.-
