As we expand our footprint in the UK and Europe, we’re looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to help bring our story to life in new markets. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be the critical link between our global marketing team in Australia and local agency partners, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, content, and storytelling across the region. As Marketing Coordinator UK and Europe, you’ll be the day-to-day engine behind our regional brand marketing. Working closely with agency partners and the global team, you’ll coordinate the local rollout of campaigns, coordinate influencer and content programs, and ensure consistency across retail, digital, and PR. You’ll coordinate campaign calendars, manage content workflows, support shoots and activations, and help amplify our brand across owned, earned, and retail channels. Whether briefing a content creator, updating the brand calendar, or tracking campaign performance, you’ll bring structure, pace and polish to everything you touch.Coordinate the UK launch of global campaigns across digital, retail, and PRManage timelines, briefs, and deliverables for local content productionSupport influencer management and UGC content — including briefing and approvalsAssist in-store activations and content opportunities (e.g. boot polishing, events)Liaise with PR and creative agencies to maintain brand alignmentKeep campaign trackers, calendars and budgets up to dateCompile and circulate weekly sales and marketing performance updatesIdentify storytelling moments and content capture opportunities in-storeMaintain internal tools including Monday.com and file management systemsSupport new store openings and marketing event executionExperience and Skills
2-4 years of experience in a marketing, events or content coordination roleFamiliar with digital content production, social media, PR, and retail marketingHighly organised with strong project management and communication skillsConfident managing creators and briefing agenciesComfortable working across multiple time zones and managing competing deadlinesCollaborative, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleevesWhat We Offer
