Are you a marketing and communications expert ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead high-profile initiatives that enhance the experience of delivery partners, from onboarding to their first delivery.This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop and deliver end-to-end go-to-market strategies, launch new product features, and collaborate with teams across operations, product, and technology. You’ll also manage a key communications channel, overseeing content delivery and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.What you’ll do
Create and execute marketing and communication strategies for new product features and partner experience enhancements.Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to drive seamless integration and improvements.Manage the lifecycle journey from onboarding to first delivery block.Analyse data and metrics to refine communications and boost engagement.What you’ll bring
