Marketing Communications and PR Officer Location: Newtownabbey Pay Rate: £20.66 per hour Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Duration: Temporary contract for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension subject to review Parking: Free on-site parking available About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Communications and PR Officer on behalf of a public sector organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy communications team, supporting the delivery of marketing, communications and public relations activities that promote services, initiatives and corporate objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, managing media relations, creating engaging content and supporting communications across a wide range of service areas. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing, media and communications plans aligned to service objectives and budgets. Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Produce engaging content including copywriting, photography briefs, video content and promotional materials. Maintain and update website content and support digital communications activity. Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics.
