This role is an excellent opportunity for an energetic Marketing Communication Specialist to support a busy regional MarCom team. You will help shape campaigns, develop creative assets, and coordinate events while gaining hands£on experience in a fast£moving environment. Ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing skillset in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, emails, landing pages, and other communication materials.
- Support planning and project management for internal and external events.
- Track email performance and recommend improvements.
- Update interactive tools (iPad/IT systems), booth designs, literature, and shipping materials.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Track inventory and organise logistics.
- Upload and maintain accurate data records.
Requirements
- Ideally has experience using Adobe design tools and a creative background.
- Marketing degree would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of biology or willingness to learn.
- Some previous marketing experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HTML, web tools, and design software (InDesign, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Willing to learn new technologies and applications.
