What You'll Be DoingYou'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to help deliver exciting marketing campaigns and keep everything running smoothly. Your role will include:
- Organising exhibitions, trade shows and customer events from start to finish.
- Creating engaging newsletters, social media content and customer success stories.
- Visiting customers, partners and events to build relationships and represent our brand.
- Supporting our impressive XSperience Centre and helping create an outstanding visitor experience.
- Managing marketing materials, merchandise and promotional stock.
- Working with our sales team to create compelling case studies and marketing content.
- Keeping our CRM up to date and ensuring leads are followed up.
- Tracking marketing spend and supporting the smooth running of the department.
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys getting stuck in.
- Loves writing and communicating with people.
- Has plenty of ideas and isn't afraid to share them.
- Wants to learn, develop and build a career in marketing.
- Can manage several tasks while keeping an eye on the detail.
- Holds a full UK driving licence, as occasional travel is part of the role.
