About the role

A specialist engineering and manufacturing business serving high-performance industries such as aerospace, heat treatment and advanced materials is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive market visibility and lead generation.

This role sits within the commercial team and works closely with sales and business development to ensure marketing activity directly supports pipeline growth and customer engagement.

We''re looking for someone who can combine structured thinking, strong communication and digital marketing skills to help turn marketing activity into real commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns aligned to key sectors and strategic accounts
• Manage digital presence including LinkedIn and website activity
• Create high-quality marketing content including case studies, technical articles and sales materials
• Support the sales team with presentations, brochures and customer-facing content
• Coordinate exhibitions and industry events, ensuring effective pre and post-event follow-up

Key Experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn, website content or digital marketing activity
• Ability to work closely with sales and commercial teams
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
