Coordinate day-to-day workflows, including asset readiness, template inputs, copy, localisation considerations and feed requirements. Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to keep campaigns moving through briefing, build, QA and delivery. Maintain production trackers, status updates and delivery timelines across active campaigns. Coordinate feedback rounds and approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Support BAU campaign delivery while also helping improve process, documentation and ways of working.
