Key ResponsibilitiesBrand DevelopmentCollaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the Monahans brand.Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect our values and market position. Marketing Strategy and DeliveryCollaborate with heads of department to execute and further develop the current marketing strategy, driving key growth through tailored tactics, while also shaping the development of next year''s strategy.Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives.
