A world leading e-commerce company based in the heart of London is seeking a CRM Automation enthusiast to add value to the company''s growing marketing automation activity.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist you will be responsible for building and executing our customer marketing journeys, working across multiple languages and different stages of the lifecycle. You will work closely with the Marketing teams, putting ideas to canvas in building high quality CRM journeys across all stages of the customer cycle. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual that wants to step up and push improvement across campaigns.

Responsibilities

Building and executing efficient, intelligent email campaigns.

Working with the teams on User journeys across markets and product lines.

Working with Sales leadership ensuring that a multichannel approach is adopted.

Look to continually enhance and improve our customer journeys.

Experience / Qualifications

Good working experience in Digital Marketing

Good working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

HTML/CSS experience

Knowledge of SQL (desirable)

Role Details

The role will be 4 days in the office vs working from home. (Hybrid)
