Marketing Automation Lead We''re looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Lead to create, develop and optimise automated customer communications that improve customer experience and drive digital adoption. You''ll take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, delivering personalised, triggered and multi-channel communications that support business objectives and improve customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design and build personalised, triggered customer journeys and communications. Develop and maintain HTML email content and templates. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation.
