Marketing Associate

The Portfolio Group are proudly partnered with a global business specialising within the Media industry, and we are looking for a Marketing Associate to support their business goals. You will have minimum 1 years'' experience in marketing support, project management, stakeholder engagement and event management. This is a 12-month contract which will then transfer into a permanent position once the contract finishes. You will play a key role in supporting the team with strategic planning and marketing efforts, ensuring the continued success of some of the world''s most beloved entertainment brands throughout the EMEA region. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDeliver a "best in class" service to all new and existing clients, producing all work to an excellent quality and standard. Ensuring all EMEA marketing materials (e.g., Franchise Presentations, sizzles, toolkits) always have the latest/most relevant information.Managing the distribution of franchise and marketing content across the EMEA region, ensuring the latest information and assets are available to the right people.Supporting EMEA-led events, such as licensing summits, trade shows and key licensee/retailer meetings.Monitoring the marketplace and competitor activity including store-checking across a range of retailers, providing summaries of key highlights and learnings.Reviewing cross-divisional information (e.g., Theatrical, TV, Games), and Research data, selecting key relevant points for EMEA use.Taking minutes and ..... full job details .....
