Marketing Associate

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing professional services group based in Salford Quays, we are seeking an ambitious, creative, and commercially driven Marketing Associate. Our client operates across specialist consultancy sectors, including RandD Tax Relief and Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) consultancy. As they expand their footprint across the UK and launch targeted international growth initiatives (particularly into the US market), they are looking to hire a marketer who can take ownership of their brand presence and quickly step into a leadership role. This is not a passive, social-media-only role. Our client wants someone who understands how strategic B2B marketing builds credibility, drives engagement, and directly generates commercial business opportunities. The Opportunity Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day-to-day creation, coordination, and execution of marketing activity across our client''s business units. Importantly, our client has designed this position with clear career progression in mind. They are looking for an individual with the talent and drive to progress into a Marketing Manager position, taking on increased responsibility for group-wide strategy, budget allocation, and future marketing hires as the business expands.
