Marketing Assistant Location: Glasgow Job Type: Full-Time Salary: OTE £600 £750 per week About the Role We''re looking for a bright, enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Glasgow sales team. This role is a hands-on introduction to sales and marketing, built around real conversations with real people you''ll be out meeting customers across the city, bringing campaigns to life face-to-face rather than sitting behind a screen. If you''re curious, personable, and want to learn how marketing actually works on the ground, this is a great place to start. What You''ll Be Doing Meeting residents in their local area to introduce campaigns and gather interest Delivering key messages clearly and confidently in face-to-face conversations Building rapport quickly and reading what different customers respond to Helping convert interest into tangible results Planning your own daily schedule of visits and appointments Feeding customer insights back to the wider marketing team to help shape future campaigns What We''re Looking For A confident, friendly communicator comfortable speaking to people in person Genuine curiosity about how marketing and customer behaviour work Resilience comfortable with rejection and quick to move on Self-motivated and capable of managing your own time Driving licence and transport preferred, not essential No formal marketing background required full training given What''s On Offer Commission-only pay, OTE £600 £800 per week Full training and ongoing ..... full job details .....
