Create and manage social media content - writing engaging copy, designing visuals, and scheduling posts across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. Engage with audiences- responding to comments, messages, and feedback, building relationships with followers, and fostering community interaction. Monitor and analyse social media performance - tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. Stay updated on social media trends and best practice - continuously learning about new platforms, tools, and techniques. Report on social media performance - creating reports that highlight key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
