Rubicon Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team in Poole, supporting a fast-paced recruitment business with a big reputation (and even bigger plans). Why this Marketing Assistant role exists: We need a Marketing Assistant who s organised, creative and commercially switched on, someone who enjoys getting stuck in, learning quickly, and seeing their work out in the world. You ll be led and supported by a Head of Marketing function, who ll coach you through campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing activity so you build confidence, capability, and a breadth of work you re proud of.
