As the Marketing Assistant, you will be supporting the marketing team ensuring the marketing function maintains a high level of support to the business.Your role would include:Collaboration with the Showroom Manager to organise and maintain the UK showroom, organising and unpacking prototypes, updating the product displays and managing deliveriesEnsuring the smooth running of the department with admin, orders and POs.Assist with the organisation and attendance of trade fairs and exhibitionsSupporting Product Line Management both in the UK and with the US TeamSupporting the Marketing Team with key initiatives in the Marketing Plan, to include PR, social media, influencer and partnership activitiesSupport to the UK Sales Team with product updates, brand marketing information, samples, catalogue/online copy, and supporting any related requestsSupporting other marketing teams in the business as requiredSkills/Experience2-years experience of working in a fast-paced business environmentA strong background in brand/marketing supportStrong problem solving skillsFlexible approach to workload and location, as you might have to go off site to attend trade fairs or exhibitionsAbility to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changesEnthusiastic and willing to take on hands-on tasksProficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and WordFamiliar with Adobe Illustrator and InDesignThe RoleMonday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility on start/finish timesHourly Rate 13.73/hour4 ..... full job details .....
