Marketing Assistant

We are working with an exciting investment company with offices in Leeds who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team. This hybrid role would be ideal for a Marketing graduate who has successfully completed a work placement or perhaps has a minimum of 12 months work experience. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing, the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of marketing tasks and will be mentored by a fantastic leader. Key duties will include; Content creationDesigning of infographicsContributing to press releasesWrite and contribute to case studiesStakeholder communicationsUpdate the company websiteUpdating marketing materialsManage the logistics for marketing filming projectsEvent support includes, but is not exclusive to, venue sourcing and booking, supplier research and liaison, delegate information management The Marketing Assistant role is a hybrid role, working Tuesday- Thursday in the office, the successful candidate will have; Minimum of 12 months'' work experienceExcellent communications skills both written and verbalStrong MS Office skillsExperience of Mailchimp and CanvaWorking knowledge of AI, ideally ClaudeAble to multitask If you hold the above experience and are looking for a challenging Marketing Assistant role where you will receive excellent mentorship and opportunities to develop, please submit your CV.
