Our client is a growing organisation and they are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join their marketing team. This role will support marketing activities across their group of brands and its associated companies.
The right candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, managing events/exhibitions, maintaining CRM systems, and creating engaging digital and print content. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to grow and learn more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of exhibition shows and trade events, ensuring seamless delivery and brand consistency.
- Manage and update CRM systems to support marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and website updates.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B industries.
- Hands-on experience in organising and managing exhibition shows and trade events.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Experience with Social media marketing – Meta, Linkedin & Youtube
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems – Preferably WordPress.
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
