Marketing and Social Media Manager

Position Title: Marketing and Social Media Manager (Full-time/Permanent) Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing Location: Based at our Head Office, 74 Scarva Road, Banbridge, BT32 3QD Gordons Chemists is Northern Ireland''s largest Independent Pharmacy chain with 55 stores throughout Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Management team of a well-established leading Pharmacy Chain. The successful candidate will work closely with Buying, E-commerce and Area Management teams. Role Overview/Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all company marketing activities within the marketing department. Develop, own and execute the marketing strategy ensuring alignment across print, digital, email and social media for the company, in line with company objectives. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing strategy and sales activities. Plan and implement promotional campaigns. Oversee the company''s marketing budget. Track, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital engagement and report Manage a small marketing support team Working closely with design agencies and external consultants on marketing campaigns when required. Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing activity to revenue objectives.
