Marketing and Social Media Executive

CSS Recruitment and Training and CSS Safewear are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team based at our Head Office in Braintree. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you''ll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote our three core divisions: Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Services across the UK Training Services PPE, Workwear and Safety Equipment through CSS Safewear This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, developing marketing strategies, and bringing fresh ideas to help grow our brand. Key Responsibilities Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment, training and PPE/workwear services. Create compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, email campaigns, brochures and promotional content. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign plans. Generate new ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation. Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands. Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
