This role will involve helping them to promote their products and services, supporting customer communication, assisting with CAD drawings, and creating engaging content that showcases the bespoke container conversions we complete for our customers. Main Responsibilities Work closely with the sales, design and production teams to create interesting content about our bespoke container conversion projects. Help prepare website content, social media posts, case studies, photographs and other marketing materials. Stay in contact with customers after their project has been completed. Gather detailed customer feedback, photographs and project information. Use this information to create clear and engaging case studies that showcase our successful container conversions.
