We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded individual to drive the performance, optimisation, and scalability of our marketing and sales operations. This is a pivotal role that sits between marketing, sales, data, technology, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for managing and optimising marketing automation, ensuring campaigns are executed, leads are nurtured, reporting is accurate, and sales and marketing teams have complete visibility of performance across the buyer journey. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with commercial awareness and thrives on transforming data into actionable insights that accelerate pipeline growth and improve marketing ROI.
