Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a commercially focused B2B Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to lead UK and Ireland campaign activity for our client based in Birkenhead, Wirral. This is a hands-on, commercially driven marketing role rather than a pure digital marketing, SEO or website position. Working closely with the UK sales team and the wider marketing function, you will develop targeted sector campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, increase market awareness and support business growth.The role will involve creating and delivering campaigns into specific industrial markets, generating qualified enquiries, coordinating exhibitions and seminars, organising customer Lunch and Learn events, and promoting products and application solutions to new and existing customers.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B lead generation, campaign management and sales-aligned marketing, with the ability to understand target markets, identify opportunities and translate technical products into compelling commercial campaigns.Experience within an industrial, engineering, automation, instrumentation or technical product environment would be highly advantageous.We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and confident working closely with sales teams, with a genuine focus on generating measurable business results through marketing.If you feel that you fit the bill for this role please send us your CV!
