This is the role for you!As one of the country’s leading care providers, with an exciting growth plan over the next few years, we’re looking for someone to help us stand out from the crowd in an increasingly competitive job market.As a Marketing and Events Officer with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll work across our Marketing and Recruitment Teams to support a range of marketing activities to promote our job vacancies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support marketing activities including digital and printed marketing collateralOrganise recruitment open daysCoordinate local and national careers eventsCoordinate offline recruitment advertising such as billboard, bus and radio advertisingCreate blogs, case studies and content to support recruitmentIdentify tactics and platforms most effective for reaching our audienceAdvise on, source and work with external agencies to promote key roles through offline advertising; coordinate integrated campaigns with the Digital Marketing ManagerUphold our brand as an employer of choiceCoordinate and facilitate recruitment open days in care homesSupport and plan attendance at local and national careers eventsWork with the in-house Designer to produce, maintain and update digital and printed marketing collateral for recruitment
About You
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.We’re looking for someone who has:Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, able to work in line with company writing style and brand guidelinesThe ability to create impactful and persuasive advertisements and copyAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing for a range of audiencesExperience planning and delivering marketing campaigns using online and offline channelsA creative eye for developing engaging content and collateral for a range of marketing channelsExperience updating website content via a CMS (we use Drupal)A proactive attitude to developing and sharing engaging, high-performing content on social mediaAbility to write to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workloadExperience working with external agenciesYou’ll need to be comfortable with travel, typically up to six days per month, and ideally live within traveling distance of our head office in Sheffield, where we’d like you to attend at least once every three-four weeks. The rest of the week can be home-based.
