Overview
Marketing and Communications Program Manager will develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the client, driving new product feature launches, delivery partner experience enhancements, and partnerships with external partners.Responsibilities
Own development of end-to-end go-to-market strategies to deliver new product features and delivery partner experience enhancements, working with stakeholders across operations, product/tech teams, and key business stakeholders.Lead enhancements to the delivery process, new product feature launches for the onboarding process, and partnerships with external partners to integrate and improve the product.Own the lifecycle experience for onboarding through to the delivery of the first block, and manage content deployment and performance metrics for one key communications channel.Required Skills
Experience communicating with diverse stakeholdersData-driven decision-making skillsExperience working with external partnersIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)Cross-functional marketing and communications team experiencePreferred Skills
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalentStrategic marketing planning and tactical execution experienceBasic Qualifications
Experience in the marketing and communications field, with a focus on product launches, partnerships, and stakeholder managementA degree in marketing or communications is a plusExperience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadershipExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience working with external partnersIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (lookups and pivot tables)Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and communications teamsAbility to build strategic marketing plans and execute at a tactical levelPreferred Qualifications
