Marketing and Business Development Manager Aerospace International Law Firm up to 70k London (EC2N) hybrid working We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to support a high-profile global sector group. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior partners and business leaders to drive client development, profile-raising and revenue growth initiatives across an international practice. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver marketing and business development strategies aligned with wider firm objectives. Lead integrated campaigns, client development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities. Manage high-quality pitches, proposals, credentials and tender responses. Oversee legal directory submissions and profile-raising activity. Support thought leadership, events, conferences and client engagement programmes. Use market intelligence, CRM systems and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and measure ROI. Collaborate with partners, fee earners and business services teams across multiple international offices. Co-manage and support the development of a Marketing and Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will have: Significant marketing and business development experience within a law firm.
