Marketing and Business Development Manager - Real EstateCorporate and Finance 6-month Fixed Term Contract London Hybrid (40% WFH) A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to support its Corporate and Finance Real Estate practice on a 6-month fixed term basis. Working closely with senior stakeholders and global partners, you''ll help drive sector strategy, strengthen key client relationships and raise the firm''s profile across UK and international markets.Key responsibilitiesDeliver strategic MandBD initiatives for the Real Estate practice globallyManage and develop key Real Estate client accountsLead and coordinate high-value pitches, RFPs and credentialsDrive client targeting, listening programmes and cross-selling opportunitiesDeliver marketing campaigns, events, directory submissions and profile-raising activityCoordinate thought leadership, internal communications and sector reportingCollaborate closely with global MandBD, PR, Events and Knowledge teamsAbout youSignificant MandBD experience within legal or professional servicesStrong background in client relationship management, pitching and strategyCommercial, strategic and confident working with senior partnersExcellent project management, communication and influencing skillsReal Estate sector experience highly desirableComfortable operating in a fast-paced, partnership-led environment35 hours per week (9:30-5:30), with flexibility 6-month ..... full job details .....
