We''re looking for an experienced Campaign and PR Manager to join a busy Marketing Team, leading PR and campaign activity. This role is key in building brand awareness, strengthening reputation, and engaging new audiences.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver PR and campaign strategies that support brand goals.
• Write press releases, articles, and engaging promotional content.
• Organise and manage events, product launches, and influencer activations.
• Build and maintain strong media, influencer, and ambassador relationships.
• Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation.
• Monitor coverage, social engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Oversee PR and campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Track competitor and industry activity to spot opportunities.
• Collaborate with Buying, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams for cohesive campaigns.

 
Skills & Experience

• 5+ years'' PR or campaign experience, ideally in hospitality and/or fashion.
• Degree (or equivalent) in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record in B2C campaigns in hospitality or retail fashion sectors.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and media relations skills.
• Highly organised, creative, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in project management, budget control, and agency collaboration.
• Experience with crisis communications and brand reputation management.
