Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

As the company continues to invest in its brand, digital presence and customer engagement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join the team based in Peterborough.

About the role:

This role would be ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to take the first step in their marketing career. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you''ll gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of marketing disciplines, from graphic design and content creation to social media, website development, email marketing and digital campaigns.

-You''ll be responsible for creating engaging digital and print marketing materials, supporting product launches, developing social media content, producing photography and video assets, and helping to drive the company''s online growth through website improvements and SEO initiatives.

You''ll also have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance creative output and marketing performance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Degree-level education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing or a related discipline.
• A portfolio of university, freelance, personal or commercial design projects showcasing your creativity and technical ability.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience creating engaging graphics for both print and digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A creative, proactive and innovative mindset.
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Peterborough.

Desirable experience includes:

• -Photography and videography production.
• Video editing and content creation.
• Website management and SEO.
• Email marketing and social media campaign delivery.
• Experience utilising AI tools to support creative workflows and marketing activities.

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
