Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a Marketing administrator who has worked within a similar background to our client, who are a construction based company in commercial property.

This role will be supporting the Marketing lead and wider business in any marketing activities.

The Role Includes (But is not limited to):

• Produce marketing literature for project case studies
• Assist on the Bids and Tender process
• Carry out detailed market research on clients
• Reports on the client satisfaction process
• Applying for and completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Invitation to Tender''s.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must come from a Marketing background in Construction
• Previous contribution towards the bids and tenders process
• Eager to participate in various tasks
• Past experience conducting market research and literature
