We''re looking for an experienced Agency Account Manager who can combine strong client relationship skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing. This is not a traditional account management role where you simply relay messages between clients and delivery teams. You''ll take ownership of client performance and play a key role in driving measurable business results.

The Role

As an Agency Account Manager, you''ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing and managing marketing strategies that generate leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.

You''ll work closely with our media buyers, designers, developers, video editors, and CRM specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and achieve the best possible return on investment.

This role requires someone who can confidently discuss strategy with business owners, interpret campaign data, coordinate creative assets, review landing pages, and identify opportunities to improve results across the entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of agency clients.
• Create and oversee marketing strategies aligned with client goals and growth plans.
• Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
• Coordinate Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive high-quality leads and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective creative, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Oversee tracking, reporting, CRM integrations, and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that help clients grow their businesses.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

About You

We''re looking for someone who understands both digital marketing and client management.

You should have experience working within a marketing agency or performance marketing environment and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

You''ll be commercially minded, highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience managing client accounts within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience running lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.

Desirable

• Experience working with trade, construction, or home improvement businesses.
• Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Experience briefing designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and appointment-setting campaigns.
