Be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners.Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key European accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.Campaign Development and Execution:
Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring comprehensive execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations.Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands.Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.Previous background in account marketing management and/or management of online marketing brands is a plus (Zalando, About You, etc).Strategic mind-set, end-to-end project management, communication and influential skills, ability to manage different campaigns for multiple accounts simultaneously, deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, passion for products and consumers.Passion for sports is an added value.Strong interpersonal skills: you will be playing a key role in leading brand plans for key accounts and connecting marketing, sales, merchandising while ensuring best-in-class experiences and product campaigns tailored for each ..... full job details .....
