This is a varied role supporting the Business Development and Analytics function, with a strong focus on market research, data, CRM management and business intelligence. You will play an important part in ensuring the team has accurate and relevant information to identify new opportunities, support sales activity and make informed commercial decisions. The role also offers the opportunity to embrace AI technology, using emerging tools to improve research, data management and the quality of business insights. Key Responsibilities Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities. Research and maintain accurate information relating to prospects, customers, markets and sectors. Manage and update CRM records, ensuring information is complete, accurate and kept up to date. Gather and analyse data to support lead generation and business development activity. Provide the wider team with relevant market intelligence and research findings. Identify and monitor relevant industry frameworks and opportunities for the business. Use AI tools to enhance research, improve efficiency and support data analysis.
