They do this by negotiating with airlines and hotels and offer exclusive discounts that can’t be found anywhere else. They now operate in several countries including the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

About the roleOur client is looking for an experienced Market Insights Analyst who is passionate, creative and excited about using data to gain insight into their customers, to help spot opportunities and monitor success. They are looking for someone who can collaborate with marketing, finance and product teams, supporting these stakeholders to make smarter business decisions.

The role will include:Working closely with our marketing team to better define customer personas and manage channels across regions, and support activities to gain insight, track, improve CPA and target these key groupsDeveloping and creating regular internal and external reports to help all departments/individuals make informed data-driven decisionsAd Hoc data tasks to support teams, define opportunities and automate processesLearning and expanding professional and technical knowledgeAbout youTo be successful for the role of Market Insights Analyst you will be / have:A positive ‘can do’ energy. Someone who can be counted upon to deliver results and take ownership of your workA self-starter with a natural feel for business and strategy, alongside the technical capabilities to create data visualizations that tell the story, and empower teamsSomeone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to understand the data and customers. You need to be comfortable working in an agile environment with varying responsibilitiesGreat communication skills and an ability to convey information gained from the data in a very clear and unambiguous wayBachelor''s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Marketing or BusinessMinimum of +3 years of experience in Business IntelligenceProven expertise influencing business functions with data driven processesExperience with data visualization tools. Our client works mainly with TableauA proven record of creative problem solvingCandidates with one or more of the following will be particularly competitive:Data modeling capabilitiesProfessional experience working in a related fieldAs a travel company, our client embraces global and remote working opportunities.
